Nisreen Alshami is a LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator, Gallup Certified Coach, and Certified MTa Experiential Learning Practitioner based in Saudi Arabia. She specializes in leadership development, team building, design thinking, customer experience training, and simulation-based organizational programs focused on measurable performance outcomes and long-term sustainability.

Through experiential learning methodologies and strengths-based coaching frameworks, Nisreen partners with corporate and government organizations across KSA to design strategic, organization-based training aligned with culture, performance metrics, and transformation goals.
